What we collect

• Contact enquiries: name, email, phone, company, project type, budget band and message — only when you submit the contact or newsletter form.
• Analytics: anonymised pageview, referrer, device and location (country/city) data via Google Analytics 4. Only loaded after you accept cookies.
• Server logs: IP address + user-agent for security and rate-limiting on form submissions. Retained for 30 days.

Why we collect it

Enquiry data is used only to respond to your enquiry. Analytics is used to improve the site. We do not sell data, we do not run third-party ad networks, and we do not profile you for retargeting.

Cookies

The consent banner lets you opt in or out of analytics cookies. Declining leaves the site functionally identical — you just won't appear in our traffic reports.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of, or the deletion of, any personal data we hold on you by emailing arun@arcspacex.com. We'll confirm within one working day.

• Google Analytics 4 (pageview analytics, only if accepted)
• Mailchimp (newsletter list, if subscribed)
• Vercel (hosting)
