Frequently asked
FAQ — Space Planning
What is the right density for a corporate office in India?+
Depends on the work. Open-plan tech offices land at 60–70 sq ft per person; consulting and finance often 100+ sq ft per person; lab-adjacent offices are heavier still. Density alone doesn't tell you anything — the right metric is circulation + acoustics + collaboration room ratio.
Should meeting rooms be at the perimeter or the centre?+
Depends on daylight strategy. Perimeter rooms eat windows but feel premium; centre rooms borrow light through glass and free the windows for desks. We test both per project.
