Workspace Design.

Strategic spatial planning for peak performance.

What it covers

Workplace strategy and spatial planning for corporate offices, headquarters and R&D floors. We start with how people work — focus, collaboration, social, recovery — and translate that into a floor plan that supports each of those modes without forcing a compromise.

Frequently asked

FAQ — Workspace Design

How is workplace design different from interior design?+

Workplace design starts with the spatial problem (how teams move, collaborate and focus); interior design starts with the aesthetic and material choices. We do both, in that order — workspace first, materials second.

Do we need a workplace strategy phase if we already have a brief?+

Not always. Strong briefs come with a workplace strategy already done; in those cases we go straight to spatial planning. If the brief is "we need an office for 200 people in HITEC City," strategy work is the cheapest insurance you can buy.
