Design consultation engagements are for clients who want ARCSPACEX thinking without (yet) committing to a full design-build. Feasibility studies, workshops, spatial strategy, advisory retainers — focused, time-boxed, fixed-fee.
We're most useful as a consultant when the decision upstream is genuinely uncertain: should we take this lease? Should we refit or relocate? Does the current plan survive 40% growth? Those are the questions a good consultant answers before the real money moves.
Many of our consultation engagements convert to full design-build in the following quarter — but that's never the goal of the engagement itself. The goal is clarity.
