Project management at ARCSPACEX isn't a separate discipline — it's how we run design-build contracts. One accountable programme lead owns the weekly cadence, civil and MEP coordination, QA walks and client reporting from kick-off through the 3-month post-occupancy review.
What our project management actually does differently: weekly trade QA + independent QA walks, a live snag tracker with photo evidence, a programme gantt that moves with reality, and a procurement plan that treats long-lead items as the critical path rather than an afterthought.
For clients with an existing architect or contractor, we also take on pure project-management engagements — bringing the same discipline to someone else's design and build.

Do you do virtual / remote PM?+
We're based in Hyderabad, with dedicated site teams in Bangalore and Chennai. Remote-only engagements outside those three cities are rare.
