The brief
Innovan is an engineering team that adds and re-orgs every quarter. They came to us with a non-negotiable: the floor plan had to accept change without becoming a renovation project each time.
The challenge
We replaced fixed cabins with dry partition systems, used a single furniture SKU family across the floor, and over-sized the wiring spine for the next two predicted expansions. Six product squads got their own colour-coded neighbourhoods — moveable, but recognisable.

How fast can the floor be reconfigured?+
Under 48 hours for a typical squad re-org. The dry partitions, modular furniture and wiring spine were all designed for this.
Why colour-coded neighbourhoods?+
For wayfinding without permanent signage. Squads change names but keep their colour, so visitors and new joiners orient quickly.
How was acoustic separation handled in an open plan?+
Three quiet rooms STC-rated to 35. Acoustic baffles tuned per zone. Staff survey post-occupancy: the quiet zone was the most-used room in the office.
