Infoservices
A workspace planned around the daylight, not against it.
Infoservices took three floors of warm-shell space in HITEC City and asked us to make it feel like one continuous workplace. The site sat on a long, narrow plate with windows on the long sides — the kind of slab where the middle goes dark before noon if you let the floor plan ignore it.
The challenge
A central daylight corridor became the spine of every floor: cabins and meeting rooms pulled to the short ends, open desks on the perimeter, and a borrowed-light strategy through internal partitions. Every meeting room walls glass on at least two sides; every desk within fifteen metres of a window.

FAQ — Infoservices
How long did the Infoservices fit-out take?+
14 weeks from design freeze to handover, across three floors running concurrently.
How was daylight balanced across a deep-plate floor?+
A central glass-walled corridor on each floor borrows light from both window faces. Internal cabins use translucent partitions; meeting rooms are pulled to the long ends, which are the darker zones.
What was delivered with the project?+
420 workstations, 24 meeting rooms, 18 phone booths, a 160-cover cafeteria, an executive suite and a board room — all under one design-build contract.
