CCC Global
The render and the photograph are the same drawing.
CCC Global is a professional services firm whose Bengaluru office sees a client walk-through almost every working day. They wanted a reception that would still read as composed in five years, ten years; we held the brief to "calm, durable, on budget."
The challenge
The original render set a high bar: stone, living wall, soft lighting, and an auditorium that doubles as a town hall. The buyer wanted the photograph in the build, not a softer cousin of it. Our job was to keep the variance between the two as close to zero as a fit-out allows.

FAQ — CCC Global
How close did the build come to the original render?+
Variance held under 4% on every key sightline. Stone selection, lighting temperature and material grain were locked early and audited weekly on site.
How is the auditorium used day-to-day?+
It seats 120 for town halls and external talks; the rear seating retracts so the space converts into informal collaboration in under twenty minutes.
Is this a build-to-suit office or a tenant fit-out?+
A tenant fit-out within an existing Grade-A building, completed in eleven weeks under a single design-build contract.
